USATEC scam selling Samsung cell phones

I was offered a Samsung Galaxy S24 for 1199 at USATEC IMPORT. I paid an initial 30 soles for them to send it via Shalom, then when I went to pick it up they asked for the remaining amount of 1169 to give me the pickup code. I opened the box and it was a box with broken brick pieces, and I had deposited the money into an Interbank CCI account.
