scammed by Simple Fibra

I got the contact through Instagram. They performed the supposed inspection procedure. After I paid, the next day they did not install the wifi. I contacted them and they said they called me 3 times, which was not true. I told the supposed sales advisor what had happened and he said he was waiting for a response from CCS. I asked for the company's direct number and he did not send it. Folks, don't fall for this, it's a scam.
