scammer posing as the Human Resources manager of Gran Akí

The call comes in and says it's Engineer Fernando Tipan, head of human resources at Corporación La Favorita, greeting you and informing that you have been selected to work at Gran Akí. Then he starts asking for a bunch of requirements and to immediately send them to the WhatsApp number. He says he needs your resume in PDF right now to start filling the digital folder because training begins tomorrow at 3 PM at the agency. Also, tomorrow you have to bring all the documentation in a manila envelope and give it to accountant Mariana Sanchez. The digital folder needs the medical certificate, and they help with this because they have worked with a clinic for over 14 years. The doctor charges 26.75 to issue the certificate in PDF, and they send a photo (edited with the clinic's name and account number). They say the company will refund all the amounts in 8 days, but you have to bring the invoices to accountant Mariana Cisneros (the accountant's last name has changed).
