Subtle scammer

If you want to buy a bundle, it's online and they ask for the money for the merchandise. They sent me other clothes that I didn't order and they were ugly, nothing like what I wanted. When I complained, they justified it by saying the money would be refunded, but nothing happened. I lost 30,000 and another girl had the same experience with ₡130,000.
