Pichincha Bank scammers

Be very careful if you have a credit card from Banco del Pichincha. This number calls claiming to be from the Banco del Pichincha Insurance Department and says a purchase of 1900 dollars has been made. I told the girl off because I already know their modus operandi. Then they give you another contact to call, supposedly from a travel company, and they tell you that to cancel the said purchase you must pay 300 dollars. Don't be scared if they say the purchase has already been made; as long as that expense doesn't appear in your bank account, it's just their way of scamming you. They scare you and out of fear, you end up giving them the money.
