I contacted a seller on Facebook via WhatsApp to purchase a piece of furniture, which was the product offered. He gave me payment options, and I paid 100 soles through Yape to the QR code provided by this supposed company called "Ie Francia eirl." After making the payment, I received no further response; they do not answer my messages or calls. I contacted Yape, and they are already aware of this. They told me to get in touch with Izipay since that was the destination of the money, and I have also filed a complaint.Me contacté con un vendedor de Facebook por WhatsApp para poder adquirir un mueble, el cual era el producto ofrecido, me dio alternativas de pagar y así lo hice, terminé abonando 100 soles por yape al QR que me dió esta supuesta empresa llamada "Ie Francia eirl", luego de realizar el pago ya no obtuve mas respuesta, no contestan mis mensajes ni llamadas. Me comuniqué con Yape y ya estan al tanto de esto, me dijeron que debía comunicarme con Izipay ya que ese fue el destino del dinero y también ya hice mi denuncia
