Yes, I also receive many calls where they say things about penalties, extortionists, murderers, but the calls don't come through because I have Truecaller and it blocks spam calls and those that are not in my contacts. I am also Peruvian and it's better not to pay attention.

I have Truecaller's shield active so that I only receive calls from numbers in my contacts. People who really want to tell me something will write to me on WhatsApp.
