  Set up your phone with Truecaller and go to unknown call blocking, activate it along with calls from other countries. These calls are automated spam calls; Truecaller blocks them automatically, registers them, but your phone doesn't ring.

  Report to the cyber police of your state or country, also block calls from unknown numbers

  Why do they delete the numbers? Leave them visible so that people can identify them.
