Fake Aadhaar & Advance Fee Placement Scam Ring on Justdial

How it started: I put out a Justdial enquiry looking for restaurant/domestic staff. Immediately, three separate listed agencies bombarded me on WhatsApp pretending to have staff ready to deploy. The trap: All three vendors used the exact same modus operandi: demanding an upfront registration/service fee of ₹5,000 before letting me meet or interview anyone. One of them sent a completely fake, forged Aadhaar card to "verify" their helper. Financial loss: ₹0. I caught the forgery and refused to pay a single rupee. However, they are actively targeting others who might fall for it.
