Fake AC repair service pretending to be authorized technicians

my Ac Was not wotking so I called customer care, looks i just searched google and found a number and i dialed and scheduled the service. i asked technicians that they are from carrier and they fixed the AC. however i believe that they were not having experience, so they filled the gas and provided waranty of 3 months. however AC not colling after a week and then i have been calling them but they just say will arrange and after a week they stopped picking my call. so I emailed to comapny, provded the bill amd they said we dint have no any authorosed centre by the name. and then i started to figure out the number from where i called and found it was AC fraud centre. always go to brand site and take the number from there - lesson for me
