these they call you to verify that your line is active. Once your start ringing they hangup n then they start sending you messages pretending that they're from Mtukula Pakhomo initiative while they're not

Why am I getting these types of calls for the last 3 days? I'm suspecting they're scammers. I didn’t receive their calls and report & block them immediately. I need help regarding this matter.
