First my number gets registered to 'Department of Post' then a Rs. 50K is debited from the same account now haveing Rs. 56.4K in the account which I did not create Fact: I didn't even went to bank, also account no. has to have 11 digit code

by mistake someone wrote your number in th post office account. nothing to worry.
