Fake E-Challan Phishing Scam

Received an unsolicited SMS from a personal mobile number claiming an E-Challan was issued against my vehicle. The message created a false sense of urgency, threatening legal action to force me to click a suspicious TinyURL link. I verified with the official government traffic portal and confirmed there are no pending fines. This is a clear attempt to steal personal or financial information.
