Fake electricity bill scam via calls and WhatsApp messages

I received multiple unsolicited phone calls and WhatsApp messages from the mobile number [PHONE]. The individual falsely claimed to be an official calling from the electricity department. They knew my personal name and insisted that my electricity bill was overdue. They pressured me to scan a QR code to clear the alleged dues. This is a clear fraudulent phishing scam. Please block this number and take appropriate legal action to prevent others from becoming victims.
