Fake fine collecting fraud

As I was trying to get challans /fine on my vehicle in mparivahan, I got a fake message in W. A asking to pay the number is : 92117 16900(spinny challan) . Don't pay money a fake name and number who happened to find the details or did hack it . Be aware of fraudsters
