🚨 Fake HP Gas Passbook Transfer Scam

⚠️ Fraud Alert – HP Gas OTP Scam I received a call from someone claiming that my father requested to transfer our HP Gas passbook. The caller asked for a gas booking OTP, and I mistakenly shared it. After getting the OTP, he tried to misuse my gas cylinder, possibly to give it to someone else or sell it illegally. However, I had already received the cylinder, so he failed. Then he said the “server is down” and that the transfer would happen after 3 days, and abruptly ended the call. ❗ Important: - HP Gas (Hindustan Petroleum) never asks for OTP over phone - Gas booking OTP is only used at the time of delivery - Never share OTP with unknown callers 🚫 Stay alert and never share your OTP!
