Everyday atleast four times call coming ftom site showing either MSEB or Maha Vitaran asking if I paid the bill. whatever bills payment is reflected on the website so who are these men n women calling n speaking in msrathi. They seem to be some fraudsters snd ehy us MSEB or Nahaviraran not able to take legal action against them ?
