App crashes?

I have the premium version of the app, and for about 3-4 weeks now, I have been constantly receiving calls from numbers that the app neither identifies nor blocks; is this an internal error or are they calling me from unregistered numbers to bypass the block? If anyone else is experiencing this, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
