Complaint Against Fatak Loan App - Forced Loan Disbursement After Cancellation Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against the loan application named Fatak. 1. The app claims that the loan will be disbursed within 24 to 36 hours, but they actually disburse it after 3 days. 2. When I requested cancellation of the loan, their executive confirmed that my loan had been cancelled. 3. Despite confirming the cancellation, they still transferred the loan amount to my bank account without my consent. 4. When I informed them that I do not need the loan and I am ready to return the full amount immediately, they did not listen to my request. 5. I have raised multiple complaints, but no one from their support team has responded or resolved my issue. This is a case of forced lending and harassment. I request you to kindly take strict action against this app and help me close this loan without any extra interest or CIBIL impact. I have all the proofs of conversation and transaction. Thank you.

This is a wrong platform for this complaint, you should contact loan company customer support team may be they can help you.

Brother, on the day the loan due date comes, switch off your phone and WhatsApp for one week. No one can do anything to you. Until you talk to them, they have no option for recovery. They try for a maximum of 5 days. Even if you pay, the loan won't be closed. They will force you to make extra payments, saying if you don't pay, they will call your SBI contacts and threaten to make nude photos. Also, this loan does not affect your CIBIL score because it is not added to your history.
