  if received sms like that, it's called Cyber extortion and Financial Coercion. Google for relevant sections and draft a complaint online to cybercrime portal. and email a copy of the complaint along with complaint reference number back to the loan company. it happened for me. I did it and now a cybercrime case is pending on them. not only fatakpay, any loan apps which coerced you , you can file.

  you just keep calm nothing is going to happen ask them first where is document digitally sign they will online share you screenshot that you visited there app and will show you that just check that you are able to get money or not, no need to fear that cibil score will get hamper they are not registered loan app they are backed by local MLA and MP, they will transfer money to you from mule account and no sms nothing it's a scam done by them

  same thing happening with me for a quite some time,i didn't take loan they credit some amount and i disputed the same through cyber and all ,get pending but myflot is still calling me (btw I did all unknown call block told to communicate only through mail.
