Financial Fraud in the name of providing loan

I am also cheated by making lies promises on the name of providing loan by Vikas Sharma alias Neraj Gupta by using mobile No. [PHONE]. He is cleverly demand money on the name of bank security/advance EMI/file or service charges. Every time he gives you fake promises that this amount will be refundable but all are part of fraud. He never gives you any proof of applying loan or paid amount by you. Please don't believe on him.
