Flipkart Scam

⚠️ My Experience with Flipkart — Everyone Please Be Careful ⚠️ I ordered a toy from Flipkart, which was priced at ₹354. While placing the order, Flipkart required a minimum quantity of 2 pieces, so I ordered 2 toys and paid ₹354 × 2 = ₹708. In my order details, I could see 2 separate orders but with the same order number. When the delivery boy arrived, I received only one package. From the outside of the package, it was not clear whether it contained 1 toy or 2 toys. I provided the OTP. After opening the package, I found that there was only 1 toy inside. The delivery boy himself said that if only one item is there, I should cancel it. I cancelled the order and returned the product. After a few days, I received a refund, but Flipkart refunded only ₹354 (the price of one toy). I contacted Flipkart customer support many times, but even after 6 months, I have not received any proper solution. I am sharing this post only to make other customers aware. Everyone should carefully check the quantity, order details, and delivery items before giving OTP. My ₹354 is still not refunded.
