Flooded by Scam calls of winning a paid trip after purchasing Kia Seltos from Joshi Kia, Chandigarh

I recently bought a Kia Seltos from Joshi Kia, Chandigarh. It's been a month and all of a sudden since the past 2-3 days I've been getting multiple spam/scam calls that we have bought a new Kia Seltos and we have won an all expense trip within India. I asked the girl who sold my data and she said that they have 'tie-up' from where we bought the car from. How do I stop these pesky calls?
