Foreigners Scammers

I registered myself on one matrimonial app I got connected with one foreigner, he said he's ready to marry me and he wants to settle in India, then he asked me to open a bank account in my name but the money he'll be depositing and to register a new sim card he also said to give him the ATM and that new sim card through his friend who lives in India, I found it suspicious so I denied doing what he asked me to do. Then he cut me off saying I'm not the right person for him.We had been texting only in few days and how can someone send money to the woman he even haven't met,I think he might be a scammer he wants my bank account to used and the new sim card which is in name, so if he scammed people I'll be the one who'll be accused. What do you guys think about that.
