fraud and scam

Someone is using a girl's name to ask me for money through messages. The names used are Bala Murugan and Bala Kumareshan, with their mobile numbers [PHONE],[PHONE]. They are troubling me by asking for money using these numbers. They claim that the girl said she was raped and that they will file a complaint with the police.
