i have been calls from this number for last 4 dafs between hours of 8pm to 11pm , is it scam/fraud/harressing [REF]

so a guy was calling me this evening non-stop so when I pick the call he told me that he is a mobile money vendor and he has mistakenly sent money to my account so I should go and check my mobile money account and send the money back to him I said ok
Usman Ibrahim1 month agothis is a horrible scammer, he uses this address and account number to scam people. He claims that he supplies shoes after being paid he doesn't pick calls again.
