Fraud by flipkart

Friends dont buy anything from flipkart specially electronic items. they give defective products and delay things when reported and then say product refund period over.. i lost 25k & odd amount after purchasing an 43 inch realme tv from them which found to be defective very 1st hour of use. They kept delaying sending technician to verify my claim & finally when technician visited after 10 days they said product return warranty period over. National consumer helpline is also of no use. flipkart is a big fraud company.. Stop buying anything online.. better buy from local stores be it anything.. grocery, clothes, footwear or electronic items.. atleast u get to check the product... here online u dont get to see it & then when issues happen they turn a blind eye & keep passing on the bugs to their authorised service cagents who also takes atleast 10 to 15 days time. I lost my 25k odd amount due to defective tv purchased from flipkart. They are frausters
