fraud call by with a name of credit Card

I got a call abruptly from this number 72880 25342 and a lady spoke saying she is calling from axis Bank and i have 5000 points in my axis Bank wallet which can be now redeemed into cash and she has sent a link via sms stating enter card details and etc and she will be oncall to guide me and I was astonished as I did not use my credit card since ages and how is this possible to get 5000 points and besides bank will never call it's customers for points redemption and share any suspicious links, i immediately said iam not interested to redeem and she started abusing on call. these kind of scams may happen to anyone, please be aware
