  same thing happened to me also.. Suddenly I received 21 fake challan messages on my number a week before. I was surprised how can I drive over speed 5 challan together. wrongly parked, stopped after pedistrian crossing lines, crossing red light etc. Firstly I was shocked & nervous but later I cooled-down & believed it's a scam .. I can't do blunders repeatedly. So uninstalled the Park+ application.
