  Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding unauthorized UPI transactions totaling ₹1,93,000 from my bank account, which were reported to the bank but closed without resolution or refund. Account & Transaction Details: Account Number: *** Associated UPI ID: *** Total Amount Fraudulently Debited: ₹1,93,000 Transaction Dates & Ref IDs: Date: 17/07/2026 | Ref ID: *** Date: 27/07/2026 | Ref ID: *** Summary of the Issue: The above transactions were unauthorized and carried out without my knowledge or consent. I promptly raised a complaint with the bank to report this fraud. However, the bank closed the complaint ticket from its end without issuing a refund or providing a valid justification. Request: Reopen the investigation into these unauthorized transactions under RBI guidelines on Limiting Liability of Customers in Unauthorised Electronic Banking Transactions. Provide a full refund / provisional credit of ₹1,93,000 to my account immediately. Provide a detailed written explanation for the premature closure of my initial complaint ticket. I have attached the Cyber Crime Complaint acknowledgment report along with screenshots of the unauthorized debits for your review. I request your urgent intervention to restore my funds.
