Fraud Flipkart

I ordered fridge container for Rs. 900/- at Flipkart. Delivery agent opened box before me. but I can't saw fully. I received only broken box. So I had proceed to return. But it shows only replacement. So many times I called customer care for refund. I didn't get proper response. Two things I proposed for return. So when pickup partner came to receive he pickup both. Next day one pickup partner came and asked me to return fridge container with same phone number. He said then only he give me replacement. I said that person yesterday itself he received container. But he threatens me to return fridge container. Still I didn't get fridge container nor money
