Fraud of ₹250 for BGMI/PUBG UC Purchase

I was scammed for ₹250 by a person promising to provide BGMI/PUBG UC at a cheap rate. The interaction started online where the person claimed to sell UC. Trusting them, I agreed to buy UC and transferred ₹250 online. However, as soon as the payment was done, the person blocked me and did not deliver the UC. This was a clear trap and financial fraud. I have attached the payment receipt and chat screenshots as proof.
