  You should file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal at *** or call 1915. Also, file a report on the National Cyber Crime portal (***) under e-commerce fraud. Make sure to keep photos of the wrong package received, the shipping label, and the payment receipt as proof.
