this is a guy he first became our friend and after long period of time he will connect with you and says bro i am geeting married and now i am thinking to stay in lower budget say you were in friendship with him more then 3 years so you didnt say no to him but here the main game started he will come to your house starting using your stuff without asking using towels , mug ,socks ,anything without single asking.. and he sleeps like he own the house ,and whenever you ask for rent he started saying my salary is not yet credited will give you next month again and again but he never give if you started putting pressure on him he will give you in instalment types which you will get irriteted and more you put pressure he will disaapear from your house by stealing things like he stole mine socks, nd other personal belonging..and when you message he will give you reply whenever i will get my salary i pay like he is the king ...and more emotional story he says that my father and mother is no more..they dead through this you get little emotional so beaware of this kind of peple .

but how do you entertain a friend in a place you relax at when you're renting? Before they come in always negotiate. I guess you used FRIENDS loosely because no friend does this. Moreover, accessibility is not a sign you're family. I blame you- you're too lenient
