Scammers often use the names of well-known companies or public sectors to carry out their scams. I suggest not opening any links that are not from the official app or website of the institution. If it's an SMS or WhatsApp message, be suspicious, and do not answer video calls from unknown numbers. They are copying facial features to access accounts and contact relatives and friends to ask for money. Stay alert!!!
