  when you pay, there is a link for auto pay, once you pay 1Rs. auto pay is automatically gets activated. most of the apps say free to see their channel @ 1 Rs. there is an auto pay, many people don't check.

  no, you have not paid money to the company. the message means that you have set up an autopay which will take 699 out of your account in a few days. right now they have only taken 1 rupee

  go to the bank and cancel the mandate. just give them in writing that the mandate was created fraudulently and please cancel it . moreover you can also opt for no debits option which will further plug in the leakage of funds.
