One of my husband's friends opened his account with him and after that he put his own email ID and mobile number on the account and when the credit card of his account came, he also used his credit card and also took his loan through cricket and he was paying the loan with his own UPI and if he was paying his own UPI and if he was up It comes under the category of fraud and if it is cheated, then if he is not fulfilling the credit card loan, then he will be responsible for how to do it.
