  People should know that Gh loans is an uncredited app, they have not been lincesed by the Bank of Ghana and so therefore their operation is illegal. They have even been blacklisted because they operate with guidelines that are unwholesome and against the principles of good banking. Their interest fees are outrageous and they don't even give you the amount you request for. That is where they first fault or err. When you take a loan there by mistake or influenced to do so, if they give you hefty interest to back, you are not mandated to do so They cannot seek or institute legal action against you, the only thing they can do is to disrepute you, or slander you. They usually do this by collecting data you give them access to and later use it against you, usually they collect emergency contact from you, and when you fault in repayments, they then go back and call thiese People and demand repayments from them, this is how they usually slander you. Additional you can report them to the cyber security office via their email or WhatsApp, if you think any other of your data and privacy has been breached. The best advice I can tell you is to never repay back that loan, atheist not with the hefty interest on it and if you still want to pay back?..then onlyndonso when an agent reaches out to you but only the amount you took, also do it via the app, never send money personally to an agent..but if it was me..is never pay ot back, they would pester you with calls and spam messages threatening you but they can't do anything

  I sent gh150 through extra balance to someone the money didn't go but later i do deposit they deducted that i called MTN office line and they were telling me the money remains in my account and i can use it to buy things hmmmm MTN
