Got scammed by a youtube advert selling RC car toy

I saw a YouTube advertisement which promise to give follow me car 1 + 1 for just 699. it was sold by Megadealmarts. I ordered and weighted 4 to 5 days. then when the order came to my home I paid 699 for COD order. when I open the package there was no RC car toy. it was just some old chai Patti as you see in the image. I tried to email then but there was no phone number to contact and all the emails I sent where bounced back. this is there website link https://megadealmarts.co.in/ they are a scam website. the contact information is fake and there is no refund policy for their scam. I lost my 699 rupees for the greed I showed for to car toys for just 699 when the package came I saw that it was bump from both the side and I thought what will what would be so small inside that package and I was doubtful but since I was playing for another order also I didn't notice much and when I open the package I knew I got scammed
