got scammed for 3wks work

I was supposedly hired by some guy who had an ad up ...I get hired and work for 3 weeks and he then claims he sent my pay via cash app and nothing comes...then he ghosted me. now he's trying to get another person on same site with different name same number

A scammer sends out mass scam texts beginning with hey stephon and then followed by various scams to click on. Since I got truecaller the volume of scams has dropped but they are relentless and aggressive. Has anyone else gotten hey stephon scam text
