Gym membership scam at SFW THE GYM, KUDASAN, GANDHINAGAR

⚠️ SFW THE GYM, KUDASAN, GANDHINAGAR — BE CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING! In my personal experience, these people took ₹8,000 from me, but I still haven't received my refund. They haven't even provided me with a proper bill/receipt despite asking for it, and when it comes to returning the money, there is no clear response or resolution. I paid ₹8,000 on 21 October 2026 for a 3-month membership. After explaining my situation, I repeatedly requested a refund through WhatsApp, phone calls and email. They kept telling me to wait, but the refund has still not been processed. The executive, Monica, also spoke very rudely to me over the phone when I asked about my own money. My experience has seriously raised concerns about their payment, billing and refund practices. It feels like customers' money is taken, but when they ask for it back, nobody takes responsibility. Please be extremely careful before paying them. Confirm everything in writing, insist on a proper receipt and check the refund policy beforehand. I am still waiting for my ₹8,000 refund and a proper response from the management. I have preserved all payment proofs and conversations.
