so yesterday I bought a Harlie Davidson for 1000 rupees from Amazon it worked for an hour then it completely stopped working is this a scam

If this is a so called, "scam", if it's battery charged, charge it, if it's gas refuel it. If none of those work, just refund the darn thing.
