has anyone got called by this specific number?

I didn't answer the call obviously but earlier out of nowhere a suspicious number just dial me, my phone dial is from the Philippines and I'm confused how they got my number. could this number come from an actual person or might be some scam company?

hello, what number?, I also got a suspicious call, my number is ph but I receive a call from +1 US and it's very suspicious, so ofc I didn't answer the call.
