I was also a victim... this scammer tried to fraud me back in 2019, where a certain friend mine was in need of buying a laptop. this scammer with the the telephone number: 054 8612980 said before i will get the laptop I should pay an amount of 2000 Ghana cedis. I said no I must see the laptop before I do the payment and he said okay. he later called me and said he has sent the parcel to the vip station and the driver is demanding for identity card and a short video of me to verify when he reach Takoradi to give me my parcel. I did what he asked me thinking he was a legit person. I was at the vip station at abebebom at Kwesimintsim and waited for 2-3 hours, and see anything I called again and the call was not going through.....I tried again and still. i stopped and later realized that this person is not legit but a fraud....I quickly gave back my friend's money to him and went back to the house. thinking now everything is over but this fraud guys used my mistakenly sent identity card and the short video to others that even know....hmm. this lead me to arrested, which I went and explained myself at the police custody, By Jehovah's grace I came back at the same day I was arrested at the year 2020. now don't know why still they using my information to scam people....I did this video to explain what went on, so should Incase you come across this, you wouldn't fall as a victim.... some are escalating that short video of me, not knowing that I am not the guy who frauds people but some is impersonating me. here is the fraud guy current number 054 861 2980. and TikTok account (link) https://vt.tiktok.com/...
