  if the lender is RBI register than pay the amount or if this is a 7 days loan app then don't pay just delete the App & remove all permission they just call you & maybe contact your family members just write a broadcast text that your phone is hacked & don't open any link or image & buy Truecaller premium membership & block all the unknown callers

  For starters...never do business with online creditors. Most of them are fraudulent. Check with your bank's fraud department for assistance. Other than that, you may have to take legal action.
