  Hello. In an old post, I asked you if you had just taken this number but I don't know if anyone responded. If that's the case, it's possible that the person used this number when they opened their account and then stopped using it but didn't think to change the information with the bank. I bought an Emtel SIM card, and at some point, I started receiving delayed messages from Rogers Capital. I had to persist with their customer service for them to confirm that the number is registered under another client's file, but they don't have the right to change it unless the person themselves does it.
