hey guys unsure . this looks like a scam? anyone know something about this?

i searched up and google says fine peoples will never put a link with a urgent notice message. i know you cant believe everything goodgle says but jeah ,also when i go into the link it says enter number plate. obviously only realised i should not go into a link afterwards but luckily did not fill anything in.
