Home credit trustonic telecoms client

Hello guys, do Home Credit sales agents have the technical ability or legal right to monitor my phone activity if they install a "Trustonic Telecoms Client" on a device bought with a Home Credit loan? and if so, what specific data can they access, how is it transmitted, and what steps can I take to detect or block such monitoring? I feel like it's not safe to put my data or personal details on it. What do u guys think?
