hotel booking

in the name of fern hotel, we got scammed for three consecutive transactions for hotel booking at kota. a fraudulent website sponsered by Google lured for higher discount. called the number [PHONE]. ist paid advance through upi. half an hour insisted to do full balance to avail discount offer. next half hour asked to do full payment in one go and shall return the other two payments. I did payment and asked for hotel google location and booking confirmation. instead having hotel location he shared a road location of dwarka. when asked to refund the amount, he shared a QR code as refund. by this time after loosing around 6000/- I understood that it's a fraud. reported to cyber crime. but seems that crime cell is also have shadow responses. as same frauds has been reported for kota many times on various platforms. the criminals have a controlled website in the name of fern hotels. and organised links to sponser their website. and gang of people to conduct crime. it will turnout total disgusting and frustrating to even reporting to cyber crime. fern hotels is also seems not interested in taking any action.
