  brother can you tell me how many apps you taken loan . I am also facing this issue. I have taken loan from 7loan apps ( branch, fibe,nira, lendingplate, zype , payrupik,olyv) Nira , lending plate and fibe, olyv and zype they are very bad and threatening me to come into my office and home address. I don't have money right now can I pay to them.. I have mailed their support but they are not extend my due date and keep harrasment. please help me what should I do now to stop them. I need time to arrange their money.. actually they are taking high interest and low tenure, their emi amount is too large. pay rupik I need to pay them 12k+ per month, lendingplate 8k+ other also 4k+ . that's too much for my current situation 😭

  Do not be afraid of these companies. If they are not recognized by the RBI, they cannot legally take action against you, nor are they likely to visit you. Delete all related social media apps, remove your SIM card, and get a new one if you are being harassed. File an FIR and submit a complaint to the cyber crime cell. If you want to recover your money, you can also file a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman. Hopefully, you will be able to recover the full amount, and action may be taken against these fraudulent companies, potentially leading to their closure.

  similar thing is happen for me I was working in an IT company at Bengaluru one day one loan person approached me he told you people are earning good salary why don't you take a big loan you will get approval quickly and you can then purchase a site which would appreciate in value over time like this you would have an asset at bangalore. so he made me take a person loan of around 19 lakhs from hdfc bank and it was approved with in five days after kyc and evrything formalities I got *** lakhs in my account with 18% interest for total 19 lakhs even though I did not get full amount and only received *** lakhs in my bank account I was paying the emi for period of 60 months huge amount each month for the entire 19 lakhs amount along with interest and other charges I was under lot of stress and anxiety I also had defaulted on seven emi installments die to family and corona situation at the time was threatened and abused over calls 🤙🏻 many times due to non payment of emi amount had to take additional loans from friends and family to clear the emi pending dues with great difficulty I was able to close the loan amount in the sixth year with additional costs and overrun penalty charges and comissioons in total it was a bad and sad 😢 investment on my part overpaid, tool abuses and torture and even felt like committing suicide multiple times all my savings used up ultimately it was huge loss for me only bank has profitted from my misery and pain

  First, file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell, as around 99% of these companies appear to be fraudulent and are allegedly being operated by Chinese investors. In 2021, Bengaluru Police conducted raids on several such companies and shut them down. However, over the last 1–2 years, many of these apps and companies have reportedly reappeared on the Google Play Store. Therefore, a thorough investigation should be conducted to verify their legality and protect the public from potential fraud.
